  • Yes! Number portability is available in the UK and other countries. We will need you to confirm what you wish to move and that you have authority to switch providers. It typically takes a few days and we will handle the entire process for you!

  • Yes! We currently off call bundles for the UK in various sizes depending on your needs. 

    Remember that out-of-bundle calls are still charged such as premium rate calls and international unless specified. You will also be charged for calls once your call bundle allowance has been used up.

    Additional terms and conditional are located in your portal (subject to your user permissions) along with your call tariff and call-cost-calculator.

  • You can pay by topping up your account balance (pay-as-you-go). We accept Paypal, a debit or credit card, bank transfer and direct debits. 

    You balance doesn't expire and we will warn you when your balance is getting low.

  • No! You can use our mobile and desktop applications. Turn any Android, iOS or Windows device into part of a users extension. 

    If you want to use a compatible SIP phone then great. You can automatically configure devices from Yealink, Snom, Cisco, Fanvil, Panasonic and more.

  • There is no minimum term!

    Some features do have minimum terms but these are optional and clearly signposted for you.

  • Yes! You can upload your own music as well as prompts and IVR menu speech. 

    Remember to check if you need a license to use anyone else's music/composition to avoid any legal ramifications.

  • Yes we do! 
    You can connect to variety of CRM services and 3rd party solutions or even use our APIs yourself (Experience required).
