VoiceHost 9001:2015 Quality - The Process Approach

We are happy to announce that July 21st 2016 VoiceHost Limited has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification by auditors McKibbin Management Consultants (MMC).

ISO 9001:2015 certification is the world’s most widely recognised standard for quality management systems (QMS). The standard helps organisations consistently meet the needs of customers and other key stakeholders in both the delivery and continuous improvement of products and services.

ITSPA, the UK voice for next-generation communications has launched its new Quality Mark this month and has announced just five successful applicants to the new standard including VoiceHost.
