Simply log in to your account and you will find the option to enable the desktop softphone under 'Seat Setup'.
The Desktop Softphone allows you to unify all three endpoints under one single extension so that users can make and receive calls seamlessly using either a physical handset, mobile, and desktop application.
Hot-Desk and share contacts securely between users.
The application can be downloaded from the Microsoft Windows Store using the links found in the control panel.
