We are happy to announce that our control panel has been redeveloped and is now in beta. We've drawn on 14 years’ experience and have been busy working hard over the past months to redefine the experience along with adding a host of new features.
Staying true to the simplicity of current portals the new control panel is intuitive and user-friendly to the point a layman can quickly understand, configure and manage their account with minimal support. The user experience changes are subtle but with a profound impact.
Technically we are using the latest technologies in our architecture to enable a faster development cycle and open the doorway to countless integration opportunities in the future.
So whats new?
User experience
- The ability to search through your inventory makes it easy to find a specific item.
- User permissions are now granular with CRUD (Create, read, update and delete) giving greater flexibility to user management.
- Bulk editing and removal of features.
- Responsive Design across all devices.
- Hosted PBX and SIP Trunk overviews show more relevant details.
- Features that can be used in multiple locations will now show exactly where they are in use within the account.

- Call bundles - The first release offers a UK based bundle with more planned for the future.
- Twinning - Can currently only be enabled with the Softphone app.
- International Numbering (Non-UK) - Live provisioning of non-uk telephone numbering.
- Conferencing - Multi-Room Support
- Video Calling - Full support for video calls.
